Job Title:

AR Caller International Voice Process

Work Location:

OMR & Ambattur, Chennai

Shift Timing:

5:00 PM to 2:00 AM OR 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Saturday & Sunday fixed week off

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Any UG or PG (Arts & Science) from 2020 to 2025
Candidates with outstanding backlogs can apply
Not Eligible:
Diploma, B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech candidates

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls using available resources
Utilize tools and applications for resolution leading to payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer, or adjustment
Report trends in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues, and billing roadblocks to the manager
Meet established SLAs for production and quality
Update call outcomes clearly in the billing system
Follow process policies and procedures (P&Ps) and stay updated on changes
Improve performance based on feedback from managers or quality audits
