As an Executive – AR Caller, you will manage the accounts receivable process by engaging with US insurance companies to resolve outstanding medical claims. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

✅ Any Graduate (Except BA History & Tamil)

✅ 1–4 years’ experience in AR Calling / US Healthcare RCM

✅ Excellent verbal communication in English

✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

✅ Flexibility to work night shifts

✨ Radiology billing experience – an added advantage

🔹 Manage AR portfolios & ensure timely follow-up with insurers

🔹 Resolve escalated/aged claims effectively

🔹 Analyze denials, underpayments & delays for root causes

🔹 Execute appeals per payer guidelines

🔹 Share best practices & guide junior AR callers

🔹 Collaborate with billing teams & clinicians for corrections

🔹 Track aged AR reports & recommend improvements

🔹 Ensure compliance with HIPAA & payer requirements
