Job Summary
As an Executive – AR Caller, you will handle Accounts Receivable by engaging with U.S. insurance companies to resolve outstanding medical claims. This voice-based role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to perform in a target-driven environment.

Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate (Arts/Science preferred)
• Experience: 1–4 years in AR Calling / U.S. Healthcare RCM
• Skills:
• Excellent English communication (speaking & listening)
• Willingness to work in U.S. shifts (night)
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Radiology billing experience (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of AR cases, ensuring timely resolution
• Follow-up with U.S. insurance carriers on claims
• Analyze denials, underpayments, and delays
• Formulate appeal strategies per payer guidelines
• Mentor junior callers & handle escalations
• Collaborate with billing/clinical teams to resolve claim data issues
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA & payer regulations
