Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller in the RCM industry, located in the Mohali district. The AR Caller will be responsible for handling insurance claims and denials, following up on outstanding claims with insurance companies, and ensuring timely reimbursements. The individual will work to resolve billing issues, manage accounts receivable, and maintain detailed documentation of interactions with payors. The AR Caller will also communicate with healthcare providers to provide updates and obtain necessary information for claim processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling insurance claims, denials, and accounts receivable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with insurance companies and healthcare providers
• Proficiency in medical billing and coding procedures
• Ability to work with billing software and maintain accurate documentation
• Attention to detail and analytical skills for issue resolution
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare administration or related field are a plus
