Position - Billing & Denial Management

Experience - 1 to 3 years only

Work Location - Hyderabad

Required Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days only

We are seeking an experienced AR Caller to join our Hospital Billing and Denial Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with insurance payers via calls or emails to check claim status.
• Review and resolve denied or delayed claims efficiently.
• Update billing system with accurate claim status and actions taken.
• Collaborate with internal teams to correct claim errors and resubmit as needed.
• Maintain daily call logs, productivity, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company data security policies.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Strong understanding of medical billing and denial management processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
