Responsibilities

Has worked on Xifin- AR Caller

Ø Excellent Knowledge in Denials ·

Ø Can perform HIPAA compliant auto and manual posting requirements ·

Ø Executes daily payment posting batch reconciliation ·

Ø Understanding of posting offsets, forward balance, and refund processing / posting · Familiar with denial and remarks codes to perform posting and assignment of AR appropriately ·

Ø Familiar with secondary billing process while perform cash posting ·

Ø Clear understanding on: ·

1. ERA & EOB ·

2. ERA codes ·

3. Insurance types ·

4. Balance billing ·

5. Co-ordination of Benefits ·

Ø Ensure full compliance with all company, departmental, legal and regulatory requirements with regards to Payment Posting procedures and practices ·

Ø Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills ·

Ø Ability to execute and accomplish tasks consistently within deadlines ·

Ø Basic knowledge of MS Office ·

Ø Experience working on imagine systems and Advanced MD would be an added advantage

Qualifications

Ø Exp1 - 4 Years of experience in a Medical RCM {Revenue Cycle Management}

Ø Willingness to work in US shifts

Ø Minimum 1 year experience in AR

1. Candidate should have good knowledge of denials

2. Require good understanding of place of service
