Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller at AGS Health, located in Rajasthan, India. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing and resolving accounts receivable issues through phone calls to insurance companies and patients. Daily tasks include verifying insurance details, identifying and resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding claims. The AR Caller will also document all call interactions, follow-up on pending claims, and work closely with the billing team to optimize the revenue cycle process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable Management and calling insurance companies
• Experience in verifying insurance details and resolving payment discrepancies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of healthcare billing and coding is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
