Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing the company s incoming payments and outstanding invoices. This role ensures timely collection, accurate record-keeping, and strong customer relationship management to support healthy cash flow and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or payment issues. Investigate and resolve billing issues and customer disputes in a timely manner. Prepare and distribute regular AR aging reports to stakeholders. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to manage invoicing and credit limits. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and external regulations. Support month-end closing processes and assist with audit requests. Recommend improvements to collection processes and credit policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance/accounting role. Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Oracle). Strong knowledge of AR best practices, billing processes, and collections. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-volume AR environment. Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Familiarity with credit analysis and customer risk assessment.
