Aptitude Trainer

Roles & Responsibilities

Training and Delivery:

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in colleges and institutions, focusing on

  Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Analytical Skills

  .
• Adapt training methods to suit the learners needs and academic levels.
  
• Travel to various colleges to deliver

  on-site aptitude training programs

  .
• Evaluate students performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  

Content Development:

• Develop and update

  training materials, modules, question banks, and practice assessments

  related to aptitude and reasoning topics.
• Collaborate with the

  Learning & Development (L&D) team

  to ensure high-quality and effective content delivery.
• Incorporate innovative teaching techniques, examples, and exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
  

In-House Responsibilities:

• Support the team in designing and improving learning strategies.
  
• Assist in planning and coordinating training schedules, logistics, and academic partnerships.
  
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, feedback, and improvement ideas
  

Required Skills:

• Strong command of

  Quantitative and Logical Aptitude concepts

• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

  .
• Ability to

  engage and connect

  with diverse groups of students.
• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  for training sessions.
• Proficiency in

  MS PowerPoint and other presentation tools
