Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer at FACE Prep located in Pune. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, conducting practice assessments, and assisting students in mastering aptitude skills essential for securing top-paying tech sector jobs.

Qualifications

• Aptitude training and coaching experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Knowledge of various aptitude testing methods
• Experience in conducting mock tests and assessments
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Education, or related field
