FACE Prep alumni can be found working at renowned tech companies globally. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer at FACE Prep located in Tirupati. The Aptitude Trainer23rd will be responsible for conducting aptitude training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating student progress. The role involves providing guidance and support to students in mastering aptitude skills to succeed in job placements. Qualifications Aptitude Training and Testing skills Experience in developing training materials and conducting evaluations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and support students effectively Good understanding of the tech industry and job market trends Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
