Responsibilities Provide L2 support for SQL, SQL Server, and .Net applications Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users or the support team Work closely with developers to identify, validate, and implement fixes for application bugs Monitor application performance and database health and suggest optimizations Document issues, solutions, and updates in the ticketing system for accurate tracking Conduct root cause analysis to prevent future issues Assist in user training and create support documentation as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience in SQL, SQL Server, and .Net development or support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Familiarity with monitoring tools and database performance tuning Experience with scripting languages and automation tools is a plus (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
