We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled L1 L2 Support Technician with a focus on VMware HCX and Zerto to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will act as the first line of defense in providing exceptional technical support for our clients, ensuring seamless operation and migration of their workloads in hybrid cloud environments.Your technical expertise will be pivotal in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to VMware HCX and Zerto, helping our clients leverage the power of these technologies to enhance their business operations. As part of a collaborative team, you will not only address customer inquiries but also document and analyze issues to facilitate continuous improvement in support processes. This position will allow you to work closely with engineers and system architects, giving you exposure to a variety of projects that will enhance your knowledge of cloud migration solutions. Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second level support for VMware HCX and Zerto related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems involving VMware HCX and Zerto deployments.
  • Assist clients with the configuration and optimization of their VMware HCX and Zerto environments.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of support processes and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues when necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates of support documentation based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support roles, preferably in virtualization technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware HCX and Zerto functionalities and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Relevant certifications in VMware, networking, or cloud technologies are a plus.
