Job Description

Role Overview: As an Apprentice in the Compliance & Employee Relations Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance, supporting internal HR processes, and contributing to a fair and transparent workplace culture. This position is perfect for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about labor law, compliance, and employee relations. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in interpreting and applying various state-specific and central labor laws. - Collaborate with HR and Legal teams to ensure compliance with all applicable HR-related labor laws. - Monitor and research changes in labor regulations; analyze their impact and communicate findings to the reporting manager. - Draft and update internal policies, procedures, and processes to align with current legal requirements. - Prepare and deliver compliance-related documentation such as periodical returns, remittances, and statutory intimations. - Maintain statutory registers in prescribed formats. - Handle sensitive employee data with discretion and confidentiality. - Support in employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. - Create and deliver presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint. - Be open to travel across various FRIPL and Fujitsu entity locations as required. Qualification Required: - Good Communication skills (both written as well as spoken). - Learning Attitude - must showcase the hunger to learn and grow. - Flexibility - shouldn't be rigid about location, technology, etc. - Should be willing to comply with all the organizational policies. - Must comply with mandatory work from office 5 days a week. Eligibility Criteria: - Must be a Graduate/bachelor's degree holder from the batches of 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025. - Candidates must have completed Education from technology and related technical courses passed out from any institute approved by AICTE/DOTE/DTE/Govt. - Candidate must have a passing degree certificate. - Any certification/specialization would be an added advantage. - Must not be registered on the NATS portal with any other organization or should have NOT worked as an Apprentice in the Past.,
