Job Description

You will be joining our Compliance & Employee Relations Team as an Apprentice, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance, supporting internal HR processes, and fostering a fair and transparent workplace culture. This opportunity is perfect for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about labor law, compliance, and employee relations. You will have the chance to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various key responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include interpreting and applying labor laws, collaborating with HR and Legal teams to ensure compliance, monitoring changes in regulations, drafting internal policies, preparing compliance-related documentation, maintaining statutory registers, handling employee data confidentially, supporting employee relations matters, creating presentations and reports, and being open to travel to various locations as needed. To excel in this role, you must possess good communication skills, demonstrate a learning attitude, show flexibility in terms of location and technology, adhere to organizational policies, and be willing to work from the office five days a week. Additionally, you must meet the eligibility criteria of being a graduate from the specified batches, completing education from approved institutes, holding a passing degree certificate, not being registered with any other organization on the NATS portal, and not having worked as an apprentice in the past. Any certification or specialization will be advantageous.
