Preferably B.Com graduate with 1 - 2 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Scanning, renaming, Photocopying, and filing the documents.
  • Numbering of all vendor Invoices and maintaining archival records.
  • Physical verification of Inventory, fixed asset, and disposal of assets.
  • Confirming asset tagging and conducting fixed asset verification.
  • Collating information for GST and other statutory notices, including physical documents.
  • Visiting bank for submission of documents.
  • Visit to Government Department and other offices for submission of documents.
  • Managing Trust accounting in Tally
  • Handling Forex purchases.
