Apprentice - Talent Acquisition Sourcer

As a Recruitment Specialist at Equiniti, your role will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, design innovative recruiting strategies, and ensure competitive hiring goals are met. You will be responsible for various core duties and responsibilities, including sourcing candidates through different methods, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process. GDPR compliance will be a key aspect of your role, along with delivering a better candidate experience and partnering with various teams for successful candidate lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and meet competitive goals - Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies in partnership with business heads - Source candidates through diverse search methods and social media recruitment - Screen, interview, and manage candidates, ensuring GDPR compliance - Enhance candidate engagement and develop job postings and descriptions - Partner with various teams for offer follow-ups, scheduling, and candidate lifecycle management Skills, Capabilities, and Attributes: - Experience in IT recruitment (Domestic) - Proficiency in database management, metrics, and internet search methods - Familiarity with job boards and HR-specific computer systems - Demonstrated success in conducting interviews using multiple methods - Effective communication skills, both oral and written - Strong organizational and time management abilities Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/MBA/MSW degree in Human Resource Management - Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Join Equiniti, a leading global share registrar, and contribute to our success by leveraging your recruitment expertise to drive company growth and develop successful careers for individuals.,
