Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist at Equiniti, you will play a crucial role in discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and aiding individuals in developing successful careers. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, meet competitive hiring goals, and ensure expectations are met. - Partnering with business heads and hiring managers to devise, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies. - Sourcing candidates through various search methods and social media recruitment to build a strong candidate pipeline. - Screening resumes, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the interview process, including prepping before interviews and assisting with final offer negotiation. - Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection processes are GDPR compliant. - Enhancing candidate engagements by developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements to deliver a better candidate experience. - Coordinating with the ResOps team and Interview coordinators for offer follow-ups and schedule management. - Managing the complete candidate life cycle through the ATS with the support of Rec Admin. You should possess the following skills, capabilities, and attributes: - Solid experience in IT recruitment with a focus on the domestic market. - Proficiency in database management, Metrics, and internet search methods. - Familiarity with job boards and HR-specific computer systems. - Track record of successful interview conduct using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person). - Ability to build effective working relationships based on trust. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors/MBA/MSW degree in Human Resource management. - Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
