As an Apprentice, Talent Acquisition & People Experience at Autodesk, you will be part of the People and Places (PPL) division, where you may have the opportunity to take on roles such as Talent Attraction Coordinator, Early Career Program Coordinator, PPL Advisor, People Insight Analyst, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Talent Attraction Coordinator: - Coordinate candidate interviews and manage communication between hiring teams and applicants - Maintain recruitment databases and collaborate with recruiters on talent acquisition strategies - Organize recruitment events and ensure a comprehensive onboarding process - Campus Coordinator: - Oversee daily university campus operations and manage recruitment activities - Coordinate with stakeholders for campus drives and ensure a smooth candidate experience - Organize student engagement programs and support onboarding activities - PPL Advisor: - Handle HR-related inquiries and case management - Create and interpret reports, manage ServiceNow cases, and maintain employee files - Follow Standard Operating Procedures for high-quality service delivery - People Insight BI (Business Intelligence) Apprentice: - Analyze data and create visualizations for leadership using AWS, Python, R, and SQL - Collaborate with teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies - People Insight Data Scientist Apprentice: - Create insightful visualizations and dashboards from diverse data sources - Perform data analysis using AWS, Python/R, SQL, and BI tools - Collaborate with teams to transform data insights into business strategies Qualifications: - B.Tech in computer science, B.Com, BBA, or related field (2023 & 2024 graduates only) - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high volume and complex demands - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Capability to work independently and collaboratively About Autodesk: Autodesk encourages existing contractors or consultants to search for open jobs internally.
