Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status.
Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims.
Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.
Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.
A brief understanding on the entire Medical Billing Cycle.
Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent.
Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
Should be proficient in Authorization denials
Also, Experience with Insurance Eligibility Verification
Strong Communication Skills
Flexible to work in US shifts
Should be a Graduate in any Stream
0-0.6 years in Revenue Cycle and Delivery Management
Need excellent verbal & written communication skills.
The candidate should be comfortable to work in US Shifts (Night)
