Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in preparing and cooking food dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude towards colleagues.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
