Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in analyzing and solving data-related challenges.
Support the development and maintenance of Business and Data Platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Participate in training sessions to further develop technical and analytical skills.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and insights in data.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Engage with employees to understand their needs and provide support.
Contribute insights and suggestions during team meetings to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (2025 pass-out).
Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g.,Databricks, python, spark, SQL) would be required.
Familiarity with AI / ML is a plus.
