We’re looking for an extremely dedicated individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter In this position you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching them via LinkedIn and email, and scheduling an appointment for a sales representative for a follow-up call If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you RESPONSIBILITIESFinding and qualifying leads according to given criteriaCold message prospects and follow up regularlyWork with premade sales pitches, adjust and improve where necessaryConduct sales conversations with prospects on LinkedInBook sales calls and free audits with prospectsUpdating and maintaining prospect database on a daily basisMeeting sales quotas and revenue targets, and providing a superior customer experiencePlanning and following the strategyReporting to supervisorREQUIREMENTSAvailability to work US hoursEffective communication and organization skillsAt least 1 year of appointment setting or online sales experienceUnderstanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniquesAbility to create proposals for customers related to the proposed solutionStrong funnel management and basic Excel skillsConsultative sales approach, product education and promotionsAttention to details, passion for sales and result orientationConversational English level (at least B2)
