We're growing fast and need a sharp appointment setter who can hold intelligent conversations and book qualified calls consistently. What you'll be doing:- Reply to warm leads coming in the unibox Booking sales appointments into clients' calendars Following up with hot leads weekly Updating CRM and maintaining lead trackers daily Who This Role Is For: Your English is perfect, both written and spoken You’re confident talking to CEOs, founders, and senior execs You show up every weekday , ready to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST (mandatory) You’re familiar with outbound outreach, cold email, and lead generation You’ve used tools like Instantly.ai What You’ll Get: ₹20,000 INR fixed monthly base Uncapped commissions: ₹80,000–₹1,00,000/month total earnings possible Monthly performance bonuses Learn high-level B2B outbound strategy Work directly with a lean, high-performance team
