Job Description

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

visibility layer for generative AI

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement ML systems that

    analyze, optimize, and generate content for LLM-powered search & agents

    .
  • Work on

    semantic search, query understanding, embeddings, and ranking models

    .
  • Prototype fast using

    LLMs, RAG pipelines, and embeddings

    , then take the best ideas to production.
  • Experiment with

    learning-to-rank and reinforcement learning

    for continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders on

    product direction, technical strategy, and defensibility

    .
  • Own projects end-to-end — from data ingestion to model deployment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in

    NLP / IR

    (semantic search, retrieval, query intent).
  • Hands-on experience with

    LLMs, embeddings, vector databases

    (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Comfort with

    Hugging Face, LangChain, PyTorch/TensorFlow

    , and modern ML stacks.
  • Ability to work scrappy →

    prototype fast, iterate, measure, repeat

    .
  • Familiarity with

    evaluation metrics for IR/LLMs

    (NDCG, MRR, precision@k, human eval loops).
  • Startup mindset: ownership, bias toward action, thrives in uncertainty.
