About the Role:

We are looking for an Applied Machine Learning Research Engineer to join our R&D team and drive innovation in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves model training, fine-tuning, and optimization for domain-specific use cases, transforming advanced research into scalable, real-world solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct applied research in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs.

- Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize ML models for specific use cases.

- Develop evaluation benchmarks ensuring model robustness, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models into production.

- Stay updated with the latest research trends and contribute to publications or open-source projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in ML, optimization, and statistical learning.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.

- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Hugging Face frameworks.

- Familiarity with distributed training and GPU acceleration.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with prompt engineering, model compression, or MLOps.

- Knowledge of cloud or on-premise deployment environments.
