ML - Team Lead

We’re Hiring: Machine Learning Team Lead | Chennai | Full-time

Are you passionate about solving challenging AI problems and leading talented teams?

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Team Lead to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI/ML solutions across computer vision, NLP, LLMs, time series forecasting, geospatial AI, and more.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of ML engineers & data scientists.

- Architect, develop, and deploy ML/AI models into production-ready systems.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions.

- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest in ML, DL, and LLM advancements.

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years in ML/Data Science, with 2+ years in leadership.

- Proven expertise in multiple ML domains (CV, NLP, LLMs, regression, classification, time series, geospatial AI).

- Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools.

- Experience integrating ML into real-world products.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, Detectron2, or OpenCV.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes/Airflow.

- Contributions to research or open-source projects.
