Applied AI Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy

  machine learning models

  to automate key functions like:
• Influencer discovery & matching
• Campaign performance prediction
• Content quality and brand-fit scoring
• Audience authenticity analysis
• Fine-tune or integrate

  LLMs, embeddings, and NLP tools

  to enhance search, recommendations, and messaging.
• Work with APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) to prototype and productionize features.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business needs into working AI features.
• Contribute to the

  data strategy

  , from training data pipelines to model evaluation.

You Should Have

• 2–5 years of experience applying ML/AI to real-world problems (internship or project experience counts if strong).
• Proficiency in

  Python

  ,

  scikit-learn

  , and either

  TensorFlow

  or

  PyTorch

  .
• Experience with

  NLP

  , embeddings, and working with

  LLMs/APIs

  (like OpenAI, Cohere, or Claude).
• Ability to write clean, modular, and scalable code.
• Bonus: Experience with recommender systems, influencer/marketing tech, or content platforms.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with influencer or creator economy tools
• Experience using vector databases (like Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
