Applications Support Specialist

You will be responsible for monitoring application performance and implementing enhancements to ensure stability. Your role will involve applying automation and software solutions to streamline manual tasks. Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve issues on various application platforms, including data platforms, databases, API services, batch processes, and CRM applications. You will address issues related to operating systems, networking, and databases in both cloud and on-premises environments. Handling live production incidents and debugging application and infrastructure issues will also be part of your responsibilities.
