Job Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related degree)
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good understanding of Product Engineering and Yield Analysis, and/or Test Diagnosis for Logic and Memory
• Programming skill of TCL, Perl, JavaScript or Python
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members locally and worldwide

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of the design, manufacturing and test process, data and the overall supply chain
• Significant knowledge in semiconductor test business and operations
• Understanding of yield analysis (from NPI to Ramp-up and production) using yield management tools and methodologies to drive quality and yield improvements.
• Proficient with Linux and Windows OS and shell scripting
• Knowledge of industry EDA products in areas of diagnostic testing
• Ability to troubleshoot issues - working with databases, resolving issues related to data, network connection and disk access

What Youll Be Doing:

• Serving as the primary technical interface for Synopsys SLM products, supporting customers throughout pre-sales, evaluation, deployment, and maintenance phases.
• Collaborating with R&D and product teams to investigate and resolve customer requirements and issues, providing timely feedback and solutions.
• Developing and presenting technical solutions, new features, use cases, and best practices to both internal teams and external customers.
• Delivering pre- and post-sales training sessions, ensuring customers and internal teams are equipped to maximize product value.
• Proposing and implementing process improvements for product deployment, documentation, and customer support workflows.
• Creating and maintaining flow tests, automating tasks using software scripting capabilities, and reacting quickly to customer issues to ensure high-quality product releases.
