Job Summary

Application Testers



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and backend applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to translate requirements into effective test cases.
  • Validate system functionality against healthcare compliance and billing standards.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Enhance and maintain automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
  • Generate test execution reports and ensure adherence to QA processes.
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies with cross-functional teams.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6-7 years of experience in

    Automation Testing

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    Selenium, UFT, Cypress, or similar automation tools

    .
  • Hands-on experience in the

    US Healthcare domain

    (eligibility, claims, EDI, HIPAA transactions, compliance).
  • Solid understanding of

    Healthcare Billing workflows

    and financial modules.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.



Preferred Skills

  • Experience with

    API testing

    (Postman/Rest Assured).
  • Familiarity with

    CI/CD tools

    (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).

  • ISTQB/Healthcare compliance certifications

    .
