Project Role Description :

Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will also involve interpreting complex issues and designing tailored resolutions based on your in-depth product knowledge, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of our services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Expertise and hands-on experience on F5 Load balancers. Should have experience on Cisco Meraki devices and dashboard. - Maintain network routing using Dynamic & Static Routing, Inter-VLAN Routing. - Understanding and experience on Fortinet SDWAN. - Experience in design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex networks. - Experience on Solarwinds and Cisco Thousand eye Monitoring tools. - Understand customer requirements and technically propose networking solutions, design (HLD, LLD) and configurations and support the implementation. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their understanding of system functionalities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Expert level knowledge of routing and switching technologies- 1) Deep understanding on F5 Load balancers. 2) Deep understanding of all routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) 3) Deep understanding of switching technologies like STP, EtherChannel, HSRP, VTP, VLAN, UDLD, VRRP, GLBP. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Software Defined Network and Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
