Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve network management center issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. - Document and maintain technical procedures and user guides. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in HPE Network Management Center. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of network management principles. - Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with network security protocols. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HPE Network Management Center. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. 15 years full time education
