Must have skills : Microsoft Intune Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. You will engage in resolving client issues and ensuring system functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure effective communication within the team - Implement best practices for system maintenance - Conduct regular performance evaluations Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune - Strong troubleshooting skills - Experience in system administration - Knowledge of ITIL framework - Familiarity with cloud-based technologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full-time education is required 15 years full time education
