About The Role

Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills :Network Infrastructures

Good to have skills :Splunk, Prometheus Event Monitoring System

Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves acting as the ongoing interface between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role will require exceptional communication skills to define client issues accurately and design effective resolutions based on your deep product knowledge. You will also collaborate with various teams to enhance system performance and client satisfaction, ensuring that quality remains at the forefront of your efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Experienced network engineer qualified to CCNP level or above

Advanced level knowledge of Routing and Switching

Experience of VPN solutions (i.e. Cisco ASA/Firepower/AnyConnect)

Software Defined Solutions and Network virtualisation (e.g. CISCO ACI / VXLAN)

Knowledge of working with Firewalling technologies (Fortinet, Juniper)

Knowledge of Load Balancers (e.g. F5, AVI)

Experience of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) in Radius/TACACS/NAC

Experience to configuration management tools (Ansible/Python)

Proficient level knowledge of networking design and documentation (HLD/LLD) Professional & Technical
Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with common management tools such as Nagios, ThousandEyes, Prometheus Event Monitoring System, Elasticsearch or Splunk.

Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.

Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

Familiarity with network security practices and tools.

Experience and use of tools traffic analysis tools such as Corvil.

Experience of Public Cloud solutions (AWS / Azure)
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
