Good to have skills : SD-WAN Operations, Wireless Technologies Operations, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to maintain high-quality service and provide effective solutions, drawing on your extensive product knowledge to interpret client issues accurately and design appropriate resolutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SD-WAN Operations, Wireless Technologies Operations, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network security practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
