You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Provide efficient service desk voice support. Deliver exceptional Japanese language support. Maintain client satisfaction through effective communication. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. Document and escalate complex problems for resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Japanese Language, Service Desk Voice Support. Strong understanding of IT service desk operations. Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Knowledge of incident management and ticketing systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
