Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your communication skills to provide exceptional support, ensuring that any issues are accurately defined and resolved through your comprehensive product knowledge. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain the high standards of our world-class systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of system functionalities. - Develop and maintain documentation related to client interactions and system updates. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent problem-solving abilities to address client issues effectively. - Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in using project management tools to track progress and deliverables. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
