Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide quality support and design effective resolutions based on your in-depth product knowledge, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Horizon. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their applications. - Comprehensive understanding of Golden images, their management, and VDI patching. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. - Familiarity with network protocols and security measures. - Ability to document processes and create user guides. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in VMware Horizon. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
