Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals. - Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and tools to resolve application-related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
