Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux, Infrastructure As Code (IaC), AWS Containerization. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices. - Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Administration. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
