About The Role

Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your extensive product knowledge to accurately diagnose client concerns and design effective resolutions, all while maintaining exceptional communication to foster strong client relationships and uphold service excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.

Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and system functionalities.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in VMware Virtualization Administration.

Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their applications.

Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in VMware Virtualization Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
