Application Support (Treasury and Payment Domain)

As a Client Services Specialist at FIS, you will have a dynamic role that involves daily communication with staff from leading banks and corporates to provide financial software solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing real-time assistance for business-critical products, troubleshooting, and conducting in-depth analysis of reported problems - Offering in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries - Responding to customer product inquiries via telephone, written internet-based email, or chat sessions - Resolving customer concerns related to installation, operation, maintenance, or product application - Working 24/5 rotational shifts To excel in this role, you should bring: - 3-5 years of proven Client Services experience in a Treasury/Banking or Financial environment - Readiness to work in flexible rotating shifts - Understanding of SWIFT confirmations including MT300, MT5XX - Familiarity with SWIFT MT1xx, MT9xx, MT3xx, and ISO XML messages - Knowledge of Bank statements like MT9XX and CAMT53 - Experience with ticketing tools such as Remedy, SNOW for incident management and application support - Strong experience in client interaction facing roles Additionally, it would be good to have: - ITIL v3 Foundation or higher certification - Experience with any Treasury Management System (TMS) application - Basic understanding of IT tools, servers, and database architecture At FIS, we offer you: - A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities - Professional education and personal development possibilities - Competitive salary and benefits - Career development tools, resources, and opportunities FIS values your privacy and is committed to safeguarding all personal information processed to provide services to clients.
