What You’ll Do

• Communicate with customers via

  chat

  to resolve queries effectively.
• Triage inbound support tickets by

  categorizing and prioritizing

  them according to predefined requirements.
• Manage and resolve

  Tier 1 & Tier 2

  tickets; escalate

  Tier 3

  issues to the specialist team.
• Become a

  product expert

  , guiding customers with best practices and usage strategies.
• Share creative ideas and insights to

  improve customer experience

  and drive support excellence.
• Learn continuously and grow as a

  customer service professional

  in the SaaS space.

What We’re Looking For

• 0 – 6 months of experience

  in customer support (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).

• Tech-savvy

  mindset – comfortable learning and supporting software products.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills in English

  .
• Willingness to work in

  night shifts (7 days a week coverage with rotational offs)

  .
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office tools

  .
• Someone who enjoys talking to people and can explain complex issues in a

  clear, simple way

• Strong

  customer-first attitude

  with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly

  organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable

  under pressure.
