About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical / Application Support Lead to oversee our support operations and ensure smooth delivery of services to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage escalations effectively while mentoring the support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical/application support team to ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for critical issues and provide hands-on technical expertise when required.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application stability and support efficiency.
• Mentor, coach, and upskill support engineers to build a high-performing team.
• Support application upgrades, patches, and deployments with minimal downtime.
• Provide regular reporting on team performance, incident trends, and customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical/application support.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
