Job Description

As a Support Specialist, your role is crucial in assisting employees to effectively utilize the Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and other internal tools. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting employees in adopting and using the Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and other internal tools. - Resolving support tickets promptly to ensure smooth business operations. - Handling user administration, including user management and access controls. - Conducting user training and providing daily troubleshooting support. - Demonstrating strong technical aptitude and self-learning abilities for new platforms. To qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (B.Com or any graduate degree). - Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English. - Comfortable learning new technical systems independently and managing challenging customer support scenarios.
