Role & Responsibilities:

  • Technical Issue Resolution:

    Provide application-level support by analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Web Technology Support:

    Work on troubleshooting and supporting front-end components involving HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Unix-Based Support:

    Utilize Unix knowledge for log analysis, script execution, and root-cause identification.
  • Collaboration & Follow-Up:

    Coordinate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Monitoring & Maintenance:

    Ensure smooth functioning of applications by performing regular health checks and monitoring system performance.
  • Customer Assistance:

    Assist users with queries, ensuring high-quality support and timely updates on issue resolution.
