Application Support Engineers

You will work in collaboration with the Application Support Manager to deliver exceptional customer support to a variety of users, including small and large online retailers such as Wish, Etsy, Lazada, Groupon Goods. Your primary responsibilities will involve engaging with customers to identify their issues, challenges, and obstacles. Subsequently, you will leverage your analytical skills to provide insights to internal stakeholders, advocating for enhancements that enhance the overall customer support experience. Furthermore, you will liaise with our product management and engineering teams to offer quantitative feedback on customer concerns, thereby contributing to the enhancement of products to minimize customer dissatisfaction and difficulties. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
