Job Description

As an experienced Production Application Support professional, your role at Zafin involves providing technical support for a SaaS product and pricing platform used by top banks worldwide. Your responsibilities include: - Understanding the product functions and features to provide effective support - Supporting client integration testing such as SIT and UAT - Testing and replicating production and non-production application issues, analyzing logs to identify root causes - Experience in deployment using technologies like Jboss/Wildfly/Websphere/Weblogic, etc. (experience with deployment in Azure is a plus) - Proficiency in basic database queries for oracle, postgresql, MySQL - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrating the right attitude towards work and taking on the role of an incident manager - Collaborating on service requests/incidents raised by or for customers - Learning and understanding how product services are delivered to customers - Understanding the product from a functional and integration perspective - Working as part of a collaborative team to deliver value to customers - Leading and performing in customer-facing roles By joining the team at Zafin, you will be part of a culture that values diversity, teamwork, and high-quality work.
