Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Technical Support

First point of contact for Happay-related issues.
Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate when needed.
Monitor system performance and ensure minimal disruptions.

2. User Assistance

Assist users with onboarding and day-to-day platform use.
Provide training and guidance for effective platform utilization.

3. Issue Resolution

Resolve application issues like login problems and transaction failures.
Coordinate with the Happay support team for advanced troubleshooting.

4. Collaboration

Work with IT, Finance. Admin, HR and other IT partners teams for platform alignment.
Manage third-party vendor interactions for escalations

5. Documentation

Maintain documentation for troubleshooting and user guides.
Update the knowledge base regularly

6. Compliance & Security

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and enforce security protocols on the platform.

Skills:

Basic IT troubleshooting and Employee Spend and travel expenses process. Familiarity with ERP like SAP
Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ticketing systems like Manage engine
